JULY 15–25, 2021
BROWNING AMPHITHEATRE, THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY

One actor. One musician. An ancient tale razed and reborn in an enthralling interpretation for our time. The war in Troy is over, but battles continue. As timely now as ever, this stunning story explores beauty and kinship even in the midst of war. Are we fated to hear it forever?

Join us outdoors, in-person. Theatre at its best: intimate, insightful, and urgent.

An Iliad will run approximately 100 minutes, with no intermission.

Recommended for ages 13+ due to strong language and graphic depictions of war.

Venue capacity is limited, offering plenty of room to space out between parties. Volunteers and CATCO staff will be present for assistance.

Physical tickets will not be sold at the Amphitheatre; however, you can purchase tickets electronically by using the CbusArts app or visiting www.CbusArts.com. Everyone who enters the Amphitheatre will be required to show proof of purchase.

We encourage you to bring blankets and/or lawn chairs. We will designate the first couple of rows for blankets only, ensuring good sight lines for everyone. Patrons are not allowed backstage and may not have any interaction with the actor, musician, or stage manager.

No coolers and no alcoholic beverages are permitted in the Amphitheatre.

As a courtesy to the actors and other patrons, children under six, including infants, are not permitted in the amphitheater. Pets, except service animals, are not permitted.

The Browning Amphitheatre is wheelchair accessible. There are paved sidewalks from parking garages and lots that lead directly to the Amphitheatre.

Safety protocols are subject to change dependent on new CDC, State of Ohio, and/or Actors Equity Association recommendations.
